Back To The Grind
Thanksgiving in TO:
Five days of R&R in TO.
Stayed at my aunt Joyce's place while I was in TO, so cool that she was able to house me there for the weekend. : )
Friday: Went ten-pin bowling with Jon, Josh, Frank, Derrick and Em because Em didn't want to go play pool. It was pretty good, finished second and I just decided to goof off in the second game. Derrick is a bowling freak, he can get strikes with his left hand (non master hand). FREAKY!!!
Among the other places we went to was the Korean BBQ place, Congee Wong (for dinner and lunch the next day, same location), Pacific Mall/ Market Village(twice) and Dave and Busters. Not once did we go to Ten Ren for bubble tea! We went to First Markham to a bbtea place called Eternity. The bbtea was good but service took an Eternity(pun). : ) Josh found out that one of the food court stalls had milk tea with pearls for a much cheaper price and the taste wasn't that bad plus the pearls weren't too hard or too soft. The stall had a shaker that seals the cup as well with random kids cartoon designs, ie. Doraemon, Mickey Mouse...
Got me some ram for $26 PC-100, it's so cheap! Also I got a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VII model as well as Initial D stage 2 and 3 cds. Oh yeah, I also got my mom a wok, almost like the one she wanted. Wallet now feels a little lighter, I wonder why? hmm...
If anyone needs to rent a car, go to National Car rental, they give you the least hassle plus they have reasonable rates.
I can never understand how some ppl can or are able to fit in the f-word into every subsequent word in their conversation. After a while, it kinda hurts the ears.
Oh I finally saw that baby blue del sol that Josh has been telling me about. The mod looks good but hate the color and paint design. The exhaust is quiet for a modded car. Oh well.
I wonder if the weather will improve, getting sick of this dreary weather, feels like Vancouver or London.
