It's been a LONG LONG day.........

Man was today such a long day... woke up at 7.30 to get ready for our day trip to T.O. with Vonnekins, Bunnykins, Mr Stats and Sheepie. We went to Mei-Wah @Bamburg Plaza to sample some authentic HK breakfast with David-zai. After that V, B, F, E, and I went to Metro Square to get some hair chopping sessions. Vonne took the longest (almost 3 hours............zzzzzzzzzzzzz). Bonny and I went around Metro Square and New Century Plaza once while waiting for Em to be done with her hair trimming. After that B, E and I went around Metro Square and New Century Plaza AGAIN! while waiting for F and V to get their hair cuts. B, E and I played Daytona USA 2 at Metro and I beat Em. heh heh, even after her practices at the Cove still ain't enough. ;P Once F and V were done, we went to Pac Mall to K @MHQ (Ben C sent his condolences when I told him I was going K-ing)(Sorry for not calling you Ben, forgot your new cell no. and no one else had it.) Gladys, Eric, Terrance, David, Kenneth, Lillian and Christine joined us to K. After K-ing, we went to a Szechuan-Shanghainese restaurant for dinner. That was some of the best food I've ever tasted, fried bananas, fried buns, drunken chicken..... stuffed. We ended the night with bowling at World Bowl and Kevin Ho joined us there. Had some of the worst bowling tonight, didn't even break 100... sad. : ( Vonne had 5 spares in a row... really amazing how she improved frame after frame. At least I managed one strike so it wasn't a totaly loss. heh heh. Headed back to the 'Loo after that and boy was that tiring. You can check out the pics of our day trip at Sheepie's Webshots.

This Just In....
When you hear or read this phrase, "New and Improved!", what comes to mind? Does it get you thinking?
This is what it means to me: If something is new; ie. has never been created, designed or manufactured before, how then can it be improved? In order for something to be improved on, it has to exist prior to the improvement; either as a design or physical product stage. It seems proper usage of words have gone the way of the Dodo in this modern world of commercialism and fast ads with catchy jingles.
