J-Camp the Aftermath...
*Groan*.......The pain of sleeping on uneven ground at Fitzroy Harbour Provincial Park. Camp was cool and fun but tiring.
One of the devotions at J-Camp was about tearing down walls. Most, if not all people have erected emotional or spiritual walls at one point in their lives and the reasons for constructing those walls range from minor petty offenses to major ones. Sometimes we erect walls without even knowing it while other times it is deliberate. Paul reminded us that Jesus did not come to Earth to build walls but rather to break through them. He is often viewed as the cornerstone that joins two groups together. (Ephesians 2:14-20)

Ephesians 2

14For he himself is our peace, who has made the two one and has destroyed the barrier, the dividing wall of hostility, 15by abolishing in his flesh the law with its commandments and regulations. His purpose was to create in himself one new man out of the two, thus making peace, 16and in this one body to reconcile both of them to God through the cross, by which he put to death their hostility. 17He came and preached peace to you who were far away and peace to those who were near. 18For through him we both have access to the Father by one Spirit.
19Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and aliens, but fellow citizens with God's people and members of God's household, 20built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the chief cornerstone.

As Christians, we should strive more towards what Christ has taught us and walls are definately not one of them. Church should have no walls on the inside, but rather a huge floor-space large enough to embrace every kind of Christian in a way that draws us together.

On another note;
Em's cousin Jack bought a 98 CLK with an AMG package for $33,000. He showed us the picture online at Walkley Nissan. It was a really sweet deal and so was the car. ;P
