Adventures in Sarsville and West Nile Land
Man, this past week was a blast, although a rather tiring one. Left with my family to TO on Sunday and stayed with my aunt till Tuesday morning to catch the tour bus to Boston. While on route to Boston, we encountered a "rock slide" which held back traffic for an hour. When we passed by the accident site, there wasn't any sign of a rock slide, although there was a slight flooding on the side of the highway. I guess that's what they call a rock slide in the states, *sheesh* they're worse than Torontonians. There was even a few news crews filming the "rock slide". The only thing that sucked during the whole trip was the wet weather through out the 4 days in the U.S.

We got back to TO late at night and boy were we tired. The next night I met up with Jon and we went to Conky's gf's place to meet up with Josh, Dom and MJ. The old Pentry Lane gang were there having a good ole' fashion charcoal bbq. After that we jet over to Krispy Kreme at Young and 16th ave or something like that. We spent half the time looking at the donut making/ cooking contraption, looking at deformed donuts and cheering those on, hoping they would make it to the glazing stage. But alas, that was not meant to be. We all got a free donut to sample *bonus*. Except for Josh, who had to water the rats. Those donuts were really light, a great difference from Timmy Ho donuts. After that, Jon dropped me off at my aunt's place and we left the next day, driving through and being chased by a rain storm up the 401 and 416.
