Big Update

It's been a week since the start of my trip to BC. It's way more scenic over here than in ON but it is also much more soggy
(rain and humidity), especially if you're closer to the water. All this sogginess makes it seem colder eventhough the temperature hasn't gone below minus 5 degrees celsius. It feels like minus 10 sometimes. ON is much drier but colder as well. PLUS the water here is SOFT!!! it tastes much better than ON water and doesn't dry your skin as much as well. :D
But when it gets cloudy, it gets real cloudy and it's reallly gloomy.

I think the best scenic area is Vancouver Island, there are many roads with big, tall trees lining both sides of the road. I felt like stopping the car and taking that shot. The food is really good here (try The Sandbar on Granville Island) and I had my taste of all you can eat sushi today. It's so good, the taste is much better than in Ottawa and cheaper too.

Em's family reminds me of when I have family get togethers at my grandparents. Loud but festive :) Lots more to do in BC, and to eat ;P Going 'boarding on Saturday too! Hope the weather is good and not too many ppl. Boxing day shopping is crazy over here, most boutiques have long line ups and with bouncers outside doing crowd control... unbelievable.
